Vatican is going Green!

Happy almost-Earth-Day!

Good news: Vatican is going to be the first solar-powered nation in the world!

Subsidized by Italy, it's going to build the biggest solar plant in Europe for 500 million euros ($660 million). Read more: Bloomberg.

I try to redefine 'structure versus finish'.
I like using ordinary things, very common materials
and give them a new aspect. the sheer quality of the
material and their building structure,
some kind of repetition, pattern, ...
all that create a sense of the ornamental
that is unstable and visually less distinct.
