BraveHeart

Many friends recommend the movie “Braveheart” to me. Wendy and Winnie love it very much and talked about it a lot in our dormitory. I looked for it in every video store and at last bought one.
To be honest, I don’t like these kinds of war movies with graphic violence, I don’t like these bloody scenes and I don’t like the pains and suffering appear so distinct in my sight. But this movie completely changed my idea.
How can I forget the warmth in his lips when he smiled to his angle- Murron? How can I forget the violence and hatred in his eyes when his loved one was murdered by the English? How can I forget the desperate in his face when he found that Robert the Bruce had betrayed him? How can I forget every encouraging word Wallace had said when he inspired the soldiers to fought against the English, to fight for freedom? How can I forget when Princess Isabella begged him to confess in order to survive but he said: “Every man dies, not every man really lives.” How can I forget when Wallace was about to die but he still cried out “FREEEDOOMMM”?
Watching the movie, I found myself all in tears. I was moved by Wallace’s courage and persistence for freedom as well as impressed by his fairy-tale-like love story with Murron and the Princess.
A brave heart, he certainly has.
